Last updated: October 21, 2026
When you buy from Burlington Bread Box through our Stripe checkout, we collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, delivery address and payment information. Your payment information is processed and stored by Stripe; Burlington Bread Box never sees or stores your full card number.
We also record whether you agreed to receive text messages from us, which kinds of text messages you agreed to, and when.
When you visit our website, basic information about the visit is collected through the Meta Pixel, as described under "Advertising and the Meta Pixel" below.
We use your delivery address to deliver your bread, your payment information to process your purchase and any subscription you start, and your email address for receipts and, if you did not agree to texts, to arrange your delivery.
We text your mobile number only if you agreed to texts, and only the kind of texts you agreed to:
If you did not tick either box, we do not text you.
Both text message consents are optional and are collected with two separate checkboxes that are never ticked for you in advance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You can buy from us without agreeing to either.
Message frequency varies (about 1 to 4 messages a week). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of all texts, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See how our texts work for the full program details.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the information sharing described in this policy; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We never sell, rent or trade your phone number or your text message consent, and we never give them to lead generators.
We do not sell your personal information. Stripe processes your payment on our behalf, and our text messaging provider (Twilio) transmits the texts you agreed to receive on our behalf. They process your information only to provide those services to Burlington Bread Box.
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, and our website uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta Platforms, to measure whether those ads work. When you visit our site, the pixel tells Meta that a page was viewed, whether a checkout button was tapped and whether an order was completed, along with information your browser sends automatically, such as your IP address, your browser and device type, and cookies or similar identifiers. Meta may link this to your Facebook or Instagram account and use it to measure and deliver ads, as described in Meta's Privacy Policy.
We do not send Meta your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, payment details or your text message choices.
You can control ads based on your activity in your Meta ad preferences, and you can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.
For questions about this privacy policy, text us at (336) 446-9578 or reply HELP to any of our messages.
